Shipping Policy
Economy shipping is free in the U.S.
Most of our orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 4-6 business days of its ship date.
If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the U.S., please select an expedited shipping option.* Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please note that expedited shipments must be placed by 12PM EST to be shipped same-day.
We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. You will be notified at checkout if your item does not qualify for expedited shipping.

International shipping is currently in beta mode. Please keep the following in mind:
- Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on your location.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes upon delivery.
- At this time, we are unable to accept returns for international orders.

Return Policy
We accept returns for U.S. orders and will issue a refund, as long as the following conditions are met:
- The item is in new condition with all original packaging, including sunglasses slip covers, cleaning cloths, and boxes.
- You provide your order number and receipt. We do not accept returns for in-person purchases (like markets or pop-ups) unless you have the order number.
- The item was not marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Your return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
- Orders purchased with 20% or more in combined discounts are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
If the item shows excessive wear, damage, or is missing original packaging, your refund may be reduced.
Return Fees:
- For a refund to your original payment method, a $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- For store credit or an exchange, the return shipping fee is waived.
Returns from Stockists:
If you purchased your item from one of our stockists (other retailers), please refer to their in-store return policy.
Return Instructions
Submit a return request using the Contact us form. Include you order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for return.
We will review your request, and if accepted, will email you a return shipping label. Return shipping is free if you use the provided shipping label. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Exchanges
We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please follow these steps:
1. Initiate Your Exchange: Reach out to us within 14 days of delivery via our contact us form. Let us know your order number and which product you'd like to exchange your original item with.
2. Send Back Your Original Item: Once we confirm your exchange request, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to ship back the original item. Ship back the original item by dropping it off at your local USPS.
3. We Dispatch Your New Product: Once we confirm that your original item has been dropped off, we will dispatch your exchange product on the next business day.
Refunds
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed. Once your return has been received and weighed by the carrier, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be processed. Once you receive a refund notification, the refund will show on your credit card in a few days.
If we do not receive the return, or if the return was sent using your own shipping label, we are unable to process a refund or exchange unless you are able to provide proof of shipment and receipt through the label's tracking numbers. In cases where we have not received a returned order, if tracking information does not show the item as sent, we will ask that you file a claim with the carrier for a lost package before we can process a refund or exchange.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations
To cancel or make any changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, we are unable to cancel physical items or orders that have already entered the shipping process. If an order is already in transit with the carrier and/or cancellation is not available, you can return your order within our 14-day return policy.
